This place suits me perfectly with fast wi-fi, 24-hour reception, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. Staff even helped with currency recommendations during my first stay, making me feel welcome. I can't wait to return for Christmas!...

The air conditioning control needs to be more straightforward!!! Cleanliness in the bathrooms could stand some serious attention!!! Consider updating amenities and addressing the noise from nearby cafes to enhance guest comfort!!!

The location is great for accessing all the

major sights in Paris and includes plenty of local cafes. We enjoyed clean and cozy accommodations during our three-night stay. However, on our first night, the street noise was quite bothersome, making it harder to sleep.

Consider asking about the air conditioning control immediately upon check-in to avoid issues later.

Our experience was marred by inadequate room amenities. The air conditioning was not functioning on our first night, leaving us uncomfortable and unable to sleep. Additionally, we found the bathroom cleanliness lacking, with dirty tiles that made us uncomfortable in our stay.

The location was excellent, just a short stroll from Montparnasse Tower, and filled with charming cafes and restaurants. The staff were exceptionally warm and helpful, making my stay enjoyable. The breakfast included delightful fresh pastries and good coffee....

However, my experience was marred by some significant service issues, I encountered a mix-up with my room choices that led to wasted time during check-in, and communication with staff about my concerns felt dismissive. Additionally, there was a noticeable lack of attention to detail in room amenities.
